Hi!

Any one know any good links to good muy thai or kickboxing (or K1) clips to download?

And what martial art is most effective; muy thai or kickboxing? Or are the non-comparable?

Muay Thai is more effective than Kickboxing by far, I believe.

Kickboxing is boxing puches mixed with karate kicks.
Muay Thai si an authentic art,good kicking,clinching,elbows,however I believe that punches lacks of power and structure (thrown from the shoulder in original Muay Thai).
Kickboxing is a ring sport,Muay Thai is too but wasn't always.It was an effective system including throws,locks,weapons (Krabi-Krabong) and I think it is more effective than kickboxing,but this is due to heavy and intense training.

OUCH!

That pic reminds me of my sparring session the other night. I was kicked twice in the spine by my sparring partner, though not as hard. I had attempted to step in behind my Jab to throw a Left Hook, and he (being of shorter stature) was able to effectively counter with a right Roundhouse Kick.

That shit HURTS!!!!!!
