May I please make a personal appeal that when a patron (however drunk) is experiencing a potentially life threatening medical emergency that you clear the area, turn on the lights, and stop the band from playing? If I had a dollar for every time I tried to assess a semi-conscious patient in the dark with the band playing and drunk people stepping all over me I could almost fill up 1/4 of my gas tank. That's saying something!
