Ok, fine. I fear the act of going through death. I don't particularly want to drown, or die in some kind of fire. Lying on some bed in pain while some disease or tumor overuns me doesn't thrill me either. But after death, I am not worried. I suppose I've never thought of it this way before. Thank you.

I got an idea. How about we all shut the hell up? Bashing on anothers beliefs is pointless dudes. Whether those belief are in a higher being, a creator or that there is nothing at all, you cannot disrespect that. It goes both ways. Hikage has some advice and sure its preachy but he is gonna spit it out and if someone wants to apply it then by george foremen that is their choice. If they want to ignore him and listen to you then again his choice. Make your points to the man and take a step back to let him make up his own damn mind. He may be distraught but he's not completely mental. Hell i'm already sick of political bashing from dems and reps and religious bashing from christians, jews and muslims. remember peace, love and chicken grease.

i like that hikage, you took the words right out of my mouth.

i cringe every time i hear about the beheadings in Iraq. it there is one way that i do not want to die it is being burnt to death. or drowning. but like hikage says, its what comes afterwards that allows me to play with fire, or to so swiming and sailing.

what about all those christians that went willingly to the stake to be burned because of thier faith. what about john wickliffe, who refused to deny his faith, and was burned at the stake, and died singing hymns. there have been hundreds of christians who have died for the faith.

there was a roman legion with a great number of christian soldiers. when a new emperer (i think it was nero) came to power, he ordered the christians in the legion to stand naked in the middle of winter on a frozen lake untill the denied thier faith. the commanding officer made them do it, and one by one, hundreds of them died, and were dragged off the ice. finally there was one legionare left, and he refused to deny his faith. the commander of the legion was so touched by thier fearlessness that he took off his clothes and stood on the middle of the lake with the soldier untill he himself died.

those men were not afraid of death.

I'm no longer able to work out or do much physical activity as the result of a spinal injury, and soft tissue damage that I received in a street fight. I'm not able to lift light objects and experience a constant throbbing in conjunction with a reoccurring sharp excruciating pain even with painkillers.
so to sum it up, ur still just a big faggot
