What can we do to get new members?

Supporters of net neutrality are not hard to find, especially in personal blogs and online editorials. Yet, these supporters are not the “big players” representing the pro-net neutrality viewpoint. The largest and most powerful alliance supporting net neutrality is a group of over eighty large website corporations, calling themselves “The Open Internet Coalition”. Internet site giants such as Google, eBay, PayPal and YouTube are just a few who are part of the coalition. In fact, Google has gone as far as creating a page under its “Help” section specifically advocating the support for net neutrality from its users. So, why do all of these large websites support net neutrality? First, they feel as if net neutrality is the only policy which upholds the fundamental principles which have made the Internet such as success. Since they were able to become so successful under a policy net neutrality, they see its benefits first hand and wish to promote it for that reason. Secondly, sites do not want their content to be restricted and discriminated against by telephone and cable companies. They feel that all content should be given equal treatment, and this allows them to reach consumers with whatever content they wish. It is for this reason that many free speech supporters defend net neutrality as well. Thirdly, many sites such as those in “The Open Internet Coalition” appreciate the meritocratic market that allows for those with the best ideas, not those who are the best funded, to rise to the top. For these large Internet content providers, it is easy to see why maintaining net neutrality through federal legislation would continue to be beneficial from their point of view.

A straight question that I would like a straight answer to. There have been several allegations that things are not what they appear to be here, that some people are not who they say they are.
I would like to know what happened to every single one of Mike Brewers posts (yes, I just noticed they have all been removed and his user profile does not exist anymore).
I would also like to finally know who Matbla and Dick Hardman really were. And I would like this time, to be able to ask these questions without being banned.

I think everyone who has wasted time making posts on this forum has a right to know these simple things. It might help build the trust level back, and help answer the question as to what we can do to get more members.

Okay... You want the straight poop? Some folks are paranoid and smoke too much weed. Whoever thinks someone is pretending to be another member needs a reality check. The IP's have been cross refrenced and double checked and members and individuals with multiple accounts are known to the administration. That is all.

Mike B is gone. He has moved on to bigger and better things. Get over it.

Dick hardman was banned for posting lewd photos. He returned repeatedly with new user names and now we filter prospective new members in our efforts to prevent spamers and previously banned members from getting on the forum. We're not perfect...

As far as I know Matbla is still a member. He is who he claims to be.

I don't mean to re-derail the thread into another TMA vs. MMA debate, but some of the discussion in this thread reminded me of a post from a couple years ago, on another website, about "Why Your Martial Art Sucks".

Why your martial arts sucks: - No BS Martial Arts

Now the author of this post obviously wrote it with tongue deeply in cheek, but the serious points he makes are pretty spot-on IMO (not that I'm qualified to have an opinion on many of the arts in question). The author is, however: he has an extensive traditional and modern martial arts background (black belts in judo, sambo and TKD, and the equivalents in various kung-fu systems), and he has also competed professionally in MMA.
