          Benchmade has a multi stone sharpening device, I forget the name but it should be easy to find.

          For curved knives your gonna have to use a set of old school whetstones, lots of care and lots of patients.

          As for lubricants, go with the Toughcloth brand for regular cleanings and use Breakfree (find it with gun cleaning supplies at walmart) to get off rust or just to shine em up all pretty like.

            This is a decent tutorial...

            Doesn't say much about hollow ground knives but it's a good one.
