Put heavy bag on your back or over your shoulder, when I was 14, I messed up my upper back and now when I put a bar on there it kills me. So i use a bag instead, it not as bad. Also, a lot of martial artists I know dont like free weights and most people have bags, if you have weights you can do that too. Its just what I do.

Tuna is always mentioned, but I heard you shouldn't eat too much tuna during a week.

If you follow an asian diet you'd slim down a lot just by that alone.

Eat lots of celery because it requires more calories to digest than it contains, apparently.

I think you should be able to compose your own menu and then stick to it, using the advice your dietist gave you.
Or just tell your dietist you want him/her to compose it for you, and you'll pay for it if need be. Or go to another dietist that will make the menu for you.

Matt, if you're serious about this, then go see a dietist! It will be worth the money. They will make a specific plan for you that is really good.

Another exercise tip is to go for a brisk walk for one hour in the morning before breakfast.
