I guess you can do it whenever you want, right now I probably won't try again till december, see how much I've improved till then. I have a bjj tournament in dec. so I'm hoping I can increase my numbers by then, maybe even run a little :P

Edit: Did 80 good mornings, 60 pushups, 20 burpees, 150 crunches.

    Those are some good numbers.

I hated running too. Think about it from this perspective:

When you started lifting weights (or doing any excercise for that matter) you went through a great deal of soreness and pain. Obviously, you don't anymore. Over coming that pain is just a minor benefit of training.

    Oh ok.

Pushups: 75 If I really push myself.
    Pullups: 7-8 ... =/
Situps: lots and lots lol, I just do them until I'm bored.
Jumping Jacks: hmm don't know how you count these :P I've done 20 minutes straight of jumping jacks at a pretty fast pace.
3 mile: never tried, never will! lol, we don't have a track that shows mileage and I honestly HATE running on a treadmill.

Then again, I've never really ran long distances.

Squats: 150ish, i did that half year ago but i haven't tried since, don't know if i've improved there, I'm only doing sets now. Edit: I'm not sure if I did them as 150 in a row or 75x2. But I know I did many when I first joined the gym.

    Guess thats it?

Then I did 100 crunches which aren't supposed to be part of the workout, but I need to do them daily to get rid of that extra fat.

And I thought I was doing good because I built up to 55 pushups. New goal: 55 pullups in a row by the end of my lifetime!

I hate both of you! I can't even do ONE bodyweight pullup! Oh well, I guess I should be happy. The first time I did Cindy I needed an 80# assist and now I'm down to 40#...and I can even do one pullup (just one) with a 30# assist.

Bit late! I just finished it.. lol one of the hardest workouts I've ever done.

I did 11 sets after a similar warmup except I did free squats/pushups/pullups and some situps, can't do dips/b extensions at home =/ I also did 100 crunches after.

ON the crossfit site in the FAQ's. The warmup is:

    3 rounds of 10-15 sets

    Samson stretch (15-30 seconds)
    overhead squats with a broomstick
    pullups
    dips
    sit-ups
    back extensions

I do the squats with 50lbs of weight if the workput is not leg intense and do 10 sets of all. The trick is to keep moving and get the heart rate up.

Crossfit recommends adjusting the warmup for the workout (substitute pullups and dips if the workout is pullup and dip centric, for example)

I did rounds of "Cindy" which is 5 pull-ups, 10 pushups and 15 squats, for 20 minutes. Got 13 rounds and 2 pull-ups. 40# assist on all the pull-ups except the first 5, which were 45# assist (I didn't see that dumbbell on the Grav.) This is 1 pull-up short of a three-round improvement from last time (and I used 50# assist then) so I'm pretty stoked.
