That's a good one, Tree. I'm going to do something similar.

      Today's workout:

10 x 100 meter sprints, balls to the wall.
1-mile interval runs, balls to the wall.
As many different calisthenics as I can come up with.

      • I did a bunch of free weight work... back squats, overhead squats, clean + jerks, plus some glute/ham raises and situps and a tiny bit of running, etc. Just playing around at the gym really.

I did mostly upperbody weight work today since my legs were hit hard on the track yesterday.

          • I'm not supposed to do much of anything for a while because apparently I have quite a bit of inflammation and tissue damage and a shorted brachial radialus and bicep muscle. BUT I found an amazing chiropractor and it feels way better already. He said a week or two weeks tops if I do the stretch he showed me and the other things he told me to do.

He won me over by immediately finding the problem muscles and saying, "Do you lift weights?" as soon as I saw him.

            • I usually run about 4-5 KM a day. I don't have much time to fool around and I don't got many friends so I work my activity level alot. I usually run from my street to the end of it wich is 1 KM long, about 10 times. long run yes, but it's worth it for a high quality martial artist. Well i've also been improving in my mediation wich helps me breath so I can run much longer in time, I'd run alot to imrpove enchanment in stamina; really helps in a fight! ( don't street fight, only defend yourself when you need to, otherwise talk out of it).

with everything but the mcRib (that would be way too much...INSANE...)...and I have to put it away from my face whenever I'm gulping mixed shots of everclear and anti-freeze.

                      • Tree, can you post your source for the WODs?

                        Thanks.

You're joking, right? You mean crossfit.com? Or, maybe the Ross Enamait book I already said I bought for new workout ideas? The rest of them, as I mentioned, I make up myself.

You seem to ask a lot of questions that I think you could answer on your own. My favorite was when I listed the workout I was gonna do one day, and then you asked me what my workout was going to look like for that day.

                              That's a plenty.

I've got more important things to focus on. My favorite post of yours is where you go about asking a defend.net member the size of his power drill, then follow up with a and 'just-kidding'.

I guess those recent complaints from different defend.net members doesn't apply here...

Why should people with ADD get breaks?
