        Yesterday, I hit the stationary cycle as hard as I could.

        No, not literally....what I mean is I kept a 22mph pace for 20:00.

        Today we swim.

            As promised, I swam.

            15 x 50 meter sprints - freestyle.
            Cycled 3 miles averaging 20 mph.

                20 x 50 meter sprint swims.
                12 x 400 meter sprint runs.

                  Finished all 20 x 50 meter sprint swims. On number 18, I nearly spewed, but was able to make it subside. The pool sprints took alot out of me.

                  Instead of running 12 x 400 meter sprints, I ran a mile as fast as I could (6:49) then walked a bit to cool down.

                      Sounds like a good run, ryguy.

                      Yesterday = sprints.

                      Today is going to be medium distance, but I'll never just trot along. I'm going to run 4 miles (6.5 km) and try to finish it under 30:00.

                            I did not make it under 30 minutes.

                            I ran the first two in about 15 minutes and the last two in 8:00-ish and 8:30-ish, respectively. Were you able to get it under 30 min?

                            I'm going to try again later in the weekend.

                            As for now, I'm going to do 1-mile interval runs.

                            Have a good one.
