                        What’s really fast?

                        The healthy way to do it is to find your current calorie intake and subtract 50 to 200 calories a week depending on your current weight. Reduce your serving sizes!

                        1. Stop all soft drinks, limit juices, and mix them with water.
                        2. Drink tons of water
                        3. Reduce your carbs
                        4. Increase lean proteins steaks are ok as long as their name doesn’t include the work “rib”
                        5. Eliminate cheese, butter and anything with the work cream
                        6. Good carbs, potatoes, corn, oats, wheat bread (limited white bread)

                        Run, walk or jog for the fastest results. Also, you must include weight training with 8 to 12 reps and one min or less rest between. If you’re just starting. Start with only two sets per exercise and increase to 3 or 4.
                        Do primary muscle groups legs, chest, back and stomach. Once you’ve achieved your desired weight. Add the look good muscle groups to your workout. Biceps, triceps, shoulders, calves etc.

                          For the fast results, do this:

                          go down to a track, or anywhere, but tracks are best.

                          SPRINT as hard as you can for 9 seconds. Walk for 27 seconds. Repeat this for 45 minutes without stopping.

                          If you do that for 6-8 weeks, you will lose fat, and lots of it.

                          HIIT - High Intensity Interval Training, it's one of the most effective ways to lose fat, and also really condition yourself.

                          most people won't do it.
