Hackney did well on the Sumo guy. But lets not use that fight to espouse slaps. I mean, he didn't down the guy with one slap - he only downed him after loads and loads.....

Don't gte me wrong. I prefer open handed strikes also, but lets not get carried away. If the fist wasn't so vulnerable? I'd use that. But it is, so I don't.

I once entered a small inter club "Shoot Wrestling" competition when I was 32 (so young....). The only hands strikes were were allowed to do to the head were slapping type motions. I trained 'em like mad before the event.

My first opponent had no respect for them. He came at me with a low guard, and I knocked him down with a downward arcing slap that caught him in the face. The ref gave him an 8 count to clear his head. I then gave him a slap similiar to a left hook. This time he neeed an 80 count....... So they do work.

Don't put all your eggs in one basket though. My next opponent had seen that fight. His guard was wrapped tightly around his head, nullifying the slap. He then took me to the floor and proceeded to nearly rip my head off.......

Bore Spewer - you're like a tiresome teenager.

And you masturbate as often as one, no doubt.

that looks to me to be a later UFC, The sumo he dropped with a ridge hand was earilier, i think he was wearing a gi too, but don't quote me on that, the sumo was lighter skinned the one i saw him drop. keith is a bad dude, he does use slaps but that's cuz he's white tiger. The other types of kempo I've studied around here are catered way toward more of a boxing style. I can see a twin dragon guy slapping the shit out of a sumo guy though. good point on the slaps from keith to fatass= keith's win. Quick question Boar, is that a still from his fight with Emmanuel Yarbrough, or Joe Son?

                            Gong Fu.

I have partaken in sports matches, all pre arranged with nice rules..... And I have partaken in non sports matches, with no pre-arrangement and no rules.

I'd prefer the latter but, because of my occupation, need you to do all the attacking initially.

Bore Spewer. A man would not try to stir up a fight between two other men.

                            Anyway, looking forward to developments.......

Here's what happened (how the hell do I remember this stuff?)

Keith and Yarbrough square off. Keith circles around the octagon and fires a quick low side kick at Yarbrough's thigh, that kind of bounces off Yarbrough, Yarbrough gives him a smirk. Keith tries again and Yarbrough tries to charge in on Keith.

They scuffle a bit. Keith lands a palm heel to Yarbrough's Jaw that looks allmost like an overhand, Yarbrough is stunned but doesn't move cause he's so large but he falls slowly to the ground where Keith pounds the back of Yarbrough's head with hammer fists and under to his face with ridge hands.

                                Great fight!
