TTE and KOTF have a bad habit of reading what they want to read, rather than what is on the screen. In my more paranoid moments, I thought they might be the same person. But then I realize, like him or not, TTE is just much more knowledgable than KOTF. That's not to say that he's an expert - just that he seems to have a general knowledge of what he's talking about, which puts him light years ahead of KOTF.

You've got the right read on them, except that TTE doesn't really know anything himself. He is the master of copying and pasting other people's words. Which would be fine if he wasn't such a dick at the same time.
