Translation: Warning, do not actually try any of this shit against a real takedown or you will get your fool head slammed six inches below the pavement.

Once again, try that against someone who knows what they are doing and not just some clumsy kid who 'learned' to shoot at The LARPing Lion Dojoke.

reach over with the other hand. This is another application of the technique. hee are a few different ones. You can also lock the head with one hand and strike the spine or back of the neck with the other, using a leopard fist or pheonix strike.

A few important points about this technique.
1. have a strong stance when attacked. try to avoid , (for this technique) the attacker grabbing both legs.

2. As he comes in lean forward and offset the force of attack, also shift to the right with the right leg as you lock the head.

3. Even if this attack takes you to the ground you can continue with the technique.

4. Keep the left hand close to the body.
