Wasn't that what I was saying?!?!?!?!

Oh, wait. Excuse me. How dare you insult people learning taiji from ladies home journal! For every person who learned it from Vogue, I can find you TEN mma guys who learned from Maxim, and they got beat up harder!!!

Who the hell goes to Ballys to learn SD???? or do ANYTHING remotely resembling real working out...

Be careful. You could hurt yourself changing faces all the time like that.

christ I'd rather learn from a rope sandle wearin' toaster transport specialist who learned from a green haired dope smokin hippie on video than Ballys...you'd have a better chance of finding the real thing.....

BoarSpear told me I had to tell everyone that he taught taiji at Bally's. Which proves my point, btw...which was (drumroll please) make sure you have a good teacher and a reputable dojo (or whatever they call it in CMA) when learning taiji as self-defense. What, wasn't that what I was saying?

Update: got a voicemail message from the woman who trained with the taiji instructor who got beat up. Got his first name and her version of the story and that's about it, we are playing phone tag so I don't have all the details but will get them soon esp. if I get his full name so I can look for it in the newspaper in the library more easily.

I was looking in the Southeast Texas/ Southwest Louisiana area, Aspen and other areas of Colorado, and Tokyo. I’ve looked in a lot of other places but didn’t look long enough to give it a fair chance. The whole search took about 20 years. If you want I can give more details.

After the internet was up and running I found this guy
