  • Sammy Seal Franco spins a yarn again.

Check this out on the Sammy Franco forum. Heres the letter he supposedly received in full:-

Let me start by telling everyone I have been training with Contemporary Fighting Arts for about 6 months and in those 6 months, I have obtained a plethora of information. Sammy Franco’s teaching style and real life knowledge of what he teaches makes so a novice could understand it. The simplicity of the movements Sammy teaches allows you to be as good as you choose. If you choose to be student of your craft, you can become an outstanding tactician.

I am a Federal Law Enforcement Officer in the Washington DC area. I work on street unit that is assigned to the most violent area in the region. About one week ago, my team and I were driving through a desolate part of town, when we observed a man crossing the street with a gun in his hand. As we approached, a lookout for the drug trafficker yelled "jump outs". The man with the gun saw our team and began running. My partner and I exited our vehicle and chased the armed man into an apartment building.

As this chase ensued, we lost sight of him on the third floor. We did not see whether he went into an apartment on the right or left. The left apartment was opened so we naturally went in with our guns drawn but our suspect was not in that apartment.

Next was the apartment on the right. Therefore, we forced entry into that apartment and encountered a man and two women who were not suspects. All three claimed nobody had entered the apartment. We called another member of our team to watch the three people as we continued the search of the apartment. Of course, the we did not encounter our suspect until we got to the last bedroom. We entered the bedroom and nobody was in plain sight. My partner maintained cover on the closet; I holstered my gun, and opened the closet door. As I opened the door, an individual jumped out and grabbed my partner.

At that point, I struck the suspect with a palm heel to his ear. The suspect turned over on his back. I then attacked him with Sammy’s WIDOWMAKER. technique. I began RAZING the criminal. It was devastating. My first strike was an upward palm strike to the chin, then I raked down across his eyes, I went up and across his face with a shaving forearm, then back down with the forearm and fist. I did this twice. The criminal could not respond, my teammates actually had to pull me off the guy. My thirst to destroy him was insatiable, all I could think was that I wanted more of him. It was empowering to say the least.

After we cuffed the criminal and called an ambulance, we had a long hospital detail. The doctor could not believe the damage done to the guys face. My teammates could not believe the damage to the face. It was utterly devastating. The suspect has a broken nose, scratched retina, and numerous stitches on his face and mouth. All I can tell you is Sammy’s RAZING techniques are exactly what the definition says, "to destroy, to demolish, to obliterate."

After the evening, I called Sammy and left a message thanking him for what he taught. My suspect is hurt very bad, but he is alive. I was in a situation where I could have shot him and did not. He should write Sammy a thank you note.

    -Tom C.

I for one do not believe this to be genuine. Firstly, Franco has a history of logging on his own forum in different names and pretending to be a supporter of his own stuff.....

Secondly, why would someone phone him, then write to him and then, in that very letter, say "I called Sammy and left a message thanking him for what ......."

He has forged the letter badly. You would clearly say "I called you..." not "I called Sammy...".

Bad attempt Sammy Seal. Do better next time.

ps - the guy has now suddenly logged into his forum and, coincidentally, has just started posting for the first time.....

Pretty appalling stuff. Only the more hard liner believers he has will believe this, including the ones who are actualy him!

    HAW HAW HAW!

Yeah, and third? This unit can't be that big. Tommy C would never risk being able to be identified so easily. Even if the name is false the case could be easily checked out by anyone in the know, and him possibly sued or prosecuted as a result.

I never got why he had all those weird names. The widomaker? You know you are not doing good when you are forging letters to yourself, so you can make yourself look good. Notice we neve got the guys name.

Bragging about losing control. Very professional, just the kind of guy you'd want on your team.

After we cuffed the criminal and called an ambulance, we had a long hospital detail. The doctor could not believe the damage done to the guys face. If you're going to call something the Widowmaker and it's intent is to destroy, demolish and obliterate, it ought to do more than mess up the guys face. The guy better be on life support or at least not being able to dance again, or I'd want my money back.

I've been reading Sammy Franco forum for awile now and what the hell is with this guy. Anytime someone post something questioning him, he bans them! Mike was making a valid point and was contributing to the forum and the next thing he does is ban him from the forum. Have any of you looked at his knife fighting techniques?

Hey, I've seen this happen before on his forum. Once he starts getting alot of people telling him he full of shit he'll change his forum. Not like we can't follow him to his new forum personal, guys like this are just a waste of my time. I've read his books and I think he has some good points I just question him creating them himself. Lets face it if this guy lies so easily to people about his creditionals and doesn't have the courtesy to instruct with out name calling I don't think I'll give him any respect. Sammy Franco

You can see it is inconsistent. Why would a letter addressed to Sammy start with "Let me start by telling everyone"....

Did you notice that the letter this supposed officer wrote was written in the same format as one of those (bleep)(bleep)(bleep)

....not that i've ever read (bleep) (bleep).

Ok, it has been translated into the language of R2D2 and is therefore untranslatable by any human.

No. We don't read dirty magazines!

Hey! The guy has, opnce again, deleted most of my posts! I don't think he likes me..... I'm not sure why.

Sammy Sea Horse is a disgrace. He may well be a hard man, but he is soft in the head. And he looks like Lurch from the Adam's family - "uuuuurrrr, you raaaaannnnng?"

Sammy Franco continues to be considered a "real" RBSD man by someone. But if you read his web forum, and compare it with those of good RBSD teachers, you notice something suspect... the quality of discussions is very low, and people are all big egos.
Negative energy spreads around from that forum.... >

                            Hey Bri! What's up, buddy?

Yeah, I'm going to go out on a limb and call this alleged letter a poor fabrication made by an egomaniac fraud in an attempt to jumpstart his sputtering business. Sammy Franco is not legit. Take my word for it.
