Here's an idea for you BJJ guys who have 2 years of experience rolling on the mat.
1) Go to a Geoff Thompson or Carl Cestari affiliated seminar. You'll be shown that some BJJ moves will get you killed on the streets.
2) Go to an NHB seminar or training session.... You will also be told that moves in sport BJJ will get you killed in NHB.
The reasons are obvious. In sport BJJ: You don't safeguard your head. You rest more, because the pace is slow at times. You are strategizing as you roll and sometimes your head isn't even there. Lastly, the techniques don't compensate for strikes to your vital organs.
So for guys like ronson, please enlighten me on how this all translates into being able to beat up just about anyone.

. I just thought it was funny to see "Cobra Kai BJJers" mentioned, since Cobra Kai Jiu Jitsu named their school after the famed Karate bad boys from the Karate Kid. I think it was supposed to be a light-hearted temporary name, but everyone seems to like it.
