aikido and steven seagal

I trained in aikido for a long time and I think he is a bad example of it if you ask me.......he is just not a good person overall.

sure, that may all be true, but i don't think any of us can deny being jealous of his sense of style....or that intense glare. hell, it's like he doesn't even have his eyes open half the time.

would you consider yourself an expert in aikido falcon? what did you like most about aikido? were there any hot chicks in your aikido classes?

well, I seen video footage of seagal in his early days in japan and I was very impressed that he was manhandling his students without problem...ive seen aikido masters demonstrate on their students and I know they are only demonstrating, but what they were doing looked good...I think aikido can be effective depending on the person who is using it...I believe he is a good person, but you shouldnt judge him falcon because the press seems to go after him like they do every other successful actor in hollywood... he beat up his wife, but who cares about that? a lot of actors beat up their wives...seagal isnt perfect, but hes a damn good martial artist whether his style is soft or hard or effective or non-effective... with robert, hes just jealous of seagal and his movie star status...

Its gonna be at the Hilton Hotel in Northern Alaska in the room next to the I. Hate. Gays convention. Come naked.

It looks good on footage because he says......"hey come here and grab me this way, or do this to me". The problem with all this is that on the street you don't have the cushion of being able to make your opponent grab you right where you want them too. Unfortunatly Seagal is a self-defense specialist and not a street fighter.........hate to burst your bubble. Dont be for too long now........lol.......you suck!!!!!!!!!

you suck falcon... seagal is familiar with others styles as well... his main thing is aikido, but he has studied with other martial arts as well big boy...

Dude, you don't have one of those secret rooms in your house do you that you have all the pictures and various articles about Seagal hanging on the walls do you? Is that a dumb question or what.......lol.

I think this fascination with Seagal is a little overboard......I like his movies okay and I did aikido for quite some while but I end it there..........just let it go........lol

naw man, im not obsessed with seagal that much, but I just have his movies and im impressed with his aikido skills...robert on the other hands most likely has like 50 posters of his boy toy lennox lewis in his room...

I notice instead of saying that you are not obsessed with Seagal you say you are not obsessed that much with him. As far as his aikido skills I don't know what other practitioners of aikido you have ever seen, but I assure you he is not the best. I don't think Robert is in love with Lennox Lewis I just think he was trying to state a fact that Lewis would have a one hit knock out against Seagal.

well, saying he was the best wouldnt be an accurate assumptions because I havent seen every expert in aikido perform their aikido skills, so youre right about that falcon... more like lewis would be out after seagal hit him once...
