that same quote from the bible admits there are other gods, so how can people say there is only one god?

Sticking to the letter of the bible, would mean bowing down, to pick up something can also be interpret as not permissable

The bible is a spiritual book, if you don't bow down to other gods in spriit, you are not bowing down to other gods at all
People that object to this non religious bowing, somehow don't understand that religion is a sprititual thing and value the fysical act more than the spiritual

No I think god meant for them to get chucked out.

God makes tree. God makes snake and tells him to get the humans to eat the fruit. God says if humans eat fruit they get chucked out. Humans get caught, chucked out and god has the place to himself and can walk around naked etc.

1st, let me apologize to all whom wrote something in here with some logic, forethought, or just some sensibility because I had to stop reading after the 5th page. I was dying trying to make it through and when I have time I'll try to finish.
