Today
Looking back at the last two days, today is going to be my endurance run day.
I plan on doing a 5 mile run at an 8:00 pace, then smoke the core. Despite the ton of leg work the past two days, my legs are fine; great sign that they've adjusted to the workload; its taken about 3.5 months of consistent running + bootcamp.
Friday will be a sprint day. Sprint until near puke conditions, breathe a little, then a few more sprints.

My diet is still going well and people keep telling me how great I look lately, but the idea of getting on the treadmill again sounds painfully boring. Was trying to vary my routine and go to aerobics classes at the gym, but I don't even break a sweat let alone get a good workout, so I'm looking at other options.
