yep just outside the city o course and you sound qualified for a judges seat alright we have people draggin in already and it will continue all month
next month its the Turkey rod run for all the classic and muscle cars...so its the best time to pop in other than bike week itself.
It seems few people do, fewer still have the proficiency to deploy under stress let alone hit the target.
Try this: Run in place or skip a rope for 30 seconds and take a shot at a still target. Do twenty push ups and try it again. then when youre warmed up a bit try two minutes and fifty pushups. Then do it with a target moving at running speed. A target the size of the "head shot" you were running on about back there (in this thread) is called a 5% target. That means your margin for error is minimal. My first target is always center of mass then pelvic girdle then head unless the conditions require surgical shot placement. In that case the closest path to the medulla (from the front) is through his teeth. Don't buy the tear duct target. Grey matter is good and HP sniper weapons do it well but a pistol is another story. I personally know two people that survived being shot in the head. One with a 357 Mag. They are both alive and well, disfigured and blind but alive...

-Hence the 18 round clip in the Baretta 92s's, you get 6 shots at 3 different people
I sure hope you don't have kids older then me, that classifies you as an Old Fart, unless you had children before you were 18 you would have been born no later 1942, I'm sure that you can do the math. I'd guess you're probably 45 + or - 5yrs.
Perhaps "Are you one of the ones I should defend myself and family from?" was hitting below the belt.
I know some hard core bikers that will give you the shirt off their backs and then there are some that will steal the shirt off your back! As far as you hanging out or working (training) in the bar it's really none of my business and I could care less what or why you do it. As you said " biker bars offer better training than the skating rinks" which implies you know that's where the action is.
I never said that there were'nt idiots that would attempt to pull gun at close range, I merely said that I was'nt one of them. I would probably do the same as you, while his (hands are busy) attention is on drawing his weapon I would be on the attack, I'm damn sure not going to take a bullet without putting up a fight.
Yes I"ve had guns stuffed in my face but they walked into the room with it pointing at me I knew I was'nt fast enough to clear 10 feet to disarm, the dude was more scare then I was, he was shaking uncontrollably I didn't want any part of that action, maybe if I were closer? I'm still here and no I didn't drop to my knees but that was one time I was glad to see a cop.
I've had a few weapons pulled (or attempted) on me, yes you do what you have to do to gain control, rush or get a hold of someting yourself. I've been fortunate seeing that I have no martial arts training to speak of. I only lost one of those which I was hit from behind. I actually consider myself lucky cause I really don't have any training perhaps they were just too stupid to use their weapons efectively, not that I'm any better, all I know is the adrenalin kicks in and I'm in auto pilot or something.
All I've been saying is that there are some situations that are not covered in training manuals and are the exception to the rules of statistics. Such as a Street Fighter vs UFC Fighter, Tito bar fight who would have thought?
Stereotyping is something you do eaqually as well as I and I'm the Billy?

oakydoaky... sounds like something I'm going to put on my to do list. Is this anything like standing on your head and taking a piss?
I've seen fighters drop their knives while tring to pull them. I understand where you are going with this, if a person is giong screw the pooch he's going to do it when he can't afford to. Shit happens and at the most inopportune time. I really don't see myself ever resorting to gun play, although one never knows, don't take my speech so literal the "head shot" you refure to is a figure of speech. What I really meant is if I start shooting I don't really care where I hit you and I'll keep shooting till you stop moving or the gun is empty!
If I'm going to go to prison might as well make it worth it. Don't take the you literal (personal) just a figure of speech again.
Gracie Jiu Jitsu is the best soloist Martial Art (IMO) if i had to pick between any Martial Art i would pick Gracie Jiu Jitsu, it is a punch safe martial art if you do everything right... It is not for sport jiu jitsu those two things r totally different things... I spar against guys who are purple- black belts in BJJ and its a watered down version of gracie jiu jitsu i have my way with a lot of them and im not the biggest guy in the world im only 5'11 162, i mean im ripped up, work out every day, and very athletic, but not like i over power everybody i face its just because of technique in what i take... I am a blue belt in gracie jiu jitsu training under ryron and rener gracie its something i love doing and it works in all aspects of fighting the only time you lose is when you lose the fight you never get beat... every fight can be controlled if you know what your doing in gjj.

I like that your passionate, but you talk shit.
haha man they are not paying me im being completely honest... if nobody wants to believe me thats fine im gonna keep doing it... Maybe you should take gjj and see for yourself what it can do and if you still dont believe me than you do your thing and ill do mine, its that simple lol.
and i really dont try to run my mouth im not a cocky guy, im just confident in what gracie jiu jitsu has done for me and im serious if you take it, you would find out it rly is a punch proof art IF you do everything technique wise right.
Well, I've found something that works pretty awesome against grappling arts and works on the street without having to roll around on the ground and it's been tested in reality......so you do your thing and I'll do mine.

C'mon DH might believe in Aliens, assassins on the grassy knoll and that the moon landing was fake...but even he doesn't believe GJJ is anything but a sport.
