Man do I love Fridays. Talk about blowing a calorie budget; that was me last week. I think I offset my thanksgiving feast with cardio and weight training but I have not ventured near a scale since the week before thanksgiving.

This weekend, movie night on friday, hit the track for a cardio workout, teach a couple of private lessons, hit the fruit market for a stockup, maybe work on the zillion leaves I have in my yard and hit Church Sunday morning.

The funniest thing I ever saw though was those ring girls at that boxing match I saw. They kept trying to get in the ring to announce a round that wasn't happening and then acting all confused when the dude who lifts the rope wasn't there. I guess nobody told them how many rounds there were.

Lauzon beat some weird old gnome-looking guy with an RNC in the first round, Parisyan won but he didn't fight as well as he normally does, as he even admitted and attributed to "personal problems in his personal life", Rashad beat Bisping by split decision but hey, Bisping shouldn't have even been fighting because he LOST that last fight, I don't know wtf happened, maybe he bribed a judge or something... Silva beat Alexander and I actually felt bad for the guy because he fought so badly. There were a couple other fights with very lackadaisical third rounds. Also, the ring girls were really ugly. Oh and that Fisher guy lost a really boring fight where he was ont he ground the whole entire time.

Meh.

I agree, what's up with the leprechaun looking guy that Lauzon beat? I was actually a little disapppointed in this UFC. I knew the card wasn't that spectacular but was hoping for at least one judo throw from Karo and even that let me down.
