    I'm actually still trying to work on Level 1. How come nobody can keep up around here??

    Level 4 includes crazy things like 60 ring pushups, 1.5 X bodyweight bench,
    2X bodyweight squat, 400m in 1:04, ¾ bodyweight sandbag mile; 800m run 2:20, 40 dead hang pull-ups, 1 mile in 5 minutes, etc. I won't get there in this lifetime.
