Actually, I already got my 7 minute mile a while ago, but I guess you didn't notice.
I'd be interested in how you do on Level 1 though. That's a challenge.

60# BP, 2 reps, 21 body rows
40# BP, 15 reps, 15 body rows
50# BP, 8 reps, 13 body rows
50# BP, 6 reps, 15 body rows
50# BP, 8 reps, 12 body rows
Total: 115, average 8 reps 50# BP and 15 body rows
