my english is poor, haw haw haw haw, but the live evidence is intact...... no videos, no video clips, it suddenly happens with observers.....

Sherwinc, I am a Gong Fu practicioner and I know it can be useful in a fight. Practised hardly and regularly often, it gives you good fighting abilities and spiritual growth-as well as, on the long term, inner strength (developed through Qi Gong). However, I think one should look around and see what's going on out there. I will summarize it like this: one training methodology is not enough; one style is not enough. There are a few exceptions, Gong Fu masters that teach and practice their style only. But these masters have adapted their style to nowadays reality, hence training and sparring have changed to become realistic. Are you familiar with Bruce Lee's writings? I think you should have a good look at these. He is a very good example of how Gong Fu and fighting started to evolve. You see boxing, BJJ, MMA as dumb styles practiced by brainless dummies. Just as those practicioners see CMA as full of shit styles coming straight out of a fairy tale. Well, both are right: there are so many fake stories about Gong Fu and so many fake masters that it is normal that people start to laugh about it. There are true masters that can fight, but you won't see them on magazines so much or on advertisements; AND there are brainless dummies who can only throw dumb punches and kicks. But there are serious practicioners who are also good persons, and believe me, they can fight too. I admire Yip Chun just as I admire Rickson Gracie; I admire Austin Goh just as I admire Wanderlei Silva...and I can name more.
They are all good men that do their job well. That's all. So open your mind a bit, stop seeing Muay Thai, BJJ, boxing....as dumb styles. Stop claiming that Gong Fu is the only thruth and that these styles above are inferior. Can't you see you act just as those who see Gong Fu as a fairy tale?? The way I see it, you make those people look at Gong Fu as a beautiful bed-time story too.
So please open your mind. Cross-train a bit. And stop counting the letters, or you won't be able to see that right hook landing on your jaw.
And read what Bruce Lee wrote down. It's still actual and will always be. It can help you stop believing in fairy tales...

I am just a very lucky person to learn a Traditional KokSut KungFu......
and my only evidence that the KungFu that i learned is really Best is when engaged in sparring with a non-kungfu friendly sparr....... all of the hit ratio is 2:22 normally..........
they hit me 2times while i hit them more than 22times.......
and why is it that i could not even hit my KokSut KungFu Instructor when we hard spar even just once???????
you know? i really did attack all my best combinations just to hit my kungfu instructor, my aim is to hit him even just 1 punch, but i could not make it hit him......... all of my best attacking rapid combinations is all intercepted..... then when he in turn attack me, his first two succeeding hand attack i intercept ...... but his 3rd up to many attacking combinations are all landed unto my body........
so, if i hit my non-kungfu opponent 22times and they hit me in a trading blows only 2times...... then my kungfu is one of the Geniune.......
Note:
the only thing for your to test if your kungfu is really geniune or fake is to spar with a non-kungfu opponent and take note of the hitted ratio.....
if the ratio of hit is 10:10, or 8:10, or 10:8 are all stupid kungfu..........

Ok. Let's say I hit Mike Tyson 10 times in the face before he hits me once. The ratio is 10:1. I WON MY GOD I WON!!! But hey, why am I on the floor?? What is this red thing coming out from my nose and mouth???
Maybe you think I won (my ratio is 10:1 !!!!) but I think about a hospital bed and a nurse.

Mike Tyson hit you 10times in your head while you hit him just once.......
that is what i mean........
and both You and Mike Tyson have an equal amount of power..... then you hit him 10times while he hit you just once.......
that is really what i mean.......
